Data Processing Addendum

1. Scope

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between Deadline Warrior (“Vendor”) and the customer (“Customer”) using Deadline Warrior applications through the Atlassian Marketplace.

2. Roles

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws:

• Customer acts as the Data Controller
• Deadline Warrior acts as the Data Processor

3. Processing Description

Deadline Warrior applications operate on the Atlassian Forge platform and interact with Jira Cloud APIs.

Processing activities may include:

• Accessing Jira issue metadata
• Accessing worklog records
• Accessing user account identifiers required for application functionality

Deadline Warrior does not independently host customer infrastructure for Forge-only applications.

4. Data Location

Customer data is processed within Atlassian Cloud infrastructure according to Atlassian’s data residency architecture.

5. Subprocessors

Primary subprocessor: Atlassian Pty Ltd

Purpose:

• Forge runtime
• Jira Cloud infrastructure
• Application execution environment

Deadline Warrior does not use additional subprocessors unless explicitly disclosed.

6. Security Measures

Security controls include:

• TLS encryption in transit
• Encryption at rest provided by Atlassian Cloud
• Least-privilege Forge scopes
• Restricted administrative access
• Secure development practices

7. Data Retention

Deadline Warrior does not maintain independent production databases for Forge-only applications.

When the application is uninstalled:

• Access to Jira data is revoked
• Processing activities stop

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed in regions where Atlassian Cloud infrastructure operates.
