1. Acceptance of Terms. By installing or using Deadline Warrior applications, you agree to these Terms.
2. License. Deadline Warrior grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the application within Jira Cloud.
3. Service Description. The application operates on the Atlassian Forge platform and integrates with Jira Cloud.
4. Limitations of Liability. The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Deadline Warrior shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Termination. Access may be terminated if terms are violated or if required by law.
6. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
