These Terms of Service govern the use of Deadline Warrior applications available through the Atlassian Marketplace. By installing or using Deadline Warrior apps, you agree to these terms.
By installing, accessing, or using Deadline Warrior applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the applications.
Deadline Warrior grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applications within your Jira Cloud environment in accordance with these terms.
Deadline Warrior applications operate on the Atlassian Forge platform and integrate with Jira Cloud to provide reporting, analytics, and productivity features.

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deadline Warrior shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
Access to the application may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if the application is discontinued.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
